Intra has been in business for over 30 years. Our staff is knowledgeable and reliable, with an average length of service of 25 years. We have 14 field service engineers who are expert in the gauging industry, with broad application experience. With our acquisition of Siemens (Moore Products), we gained more than 60 years experience in cylindrical gear measurement systems.

Our quality policy is to provide measurement system solutions and services that meet or exceed our customers’ requirements. In conjunction with our partnering suppliers and our combined wealth of expertise, we are driven by our passion to continuously improve the ways we render these solutions and services.

Integration
Intra supports all facets of gauge installation, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, PLC, (SPC) data systems and machine tool feedback.

Our service technicians support customer programs from the initial installation through the final program launch.

Technical Service
Following installation, Intra can provide 24/7 post-launch service to fully support new and existing equipment. Our highly trained service technicians are qualified to handle all phases of gauge service required by our customers.

Precision Machining
Our precision machining and measuring capabilities have been developed to support the manufacture of accurate and reliable gages; however, these skills have been cross utilized to produce low volume precision parts typical of the Aircraft and Aerospace industries.
